Virtual Book Launch - In Concert: Performing Musical Persona (ONLINE)

The Georgia Tech Library and Professor Philip Auslander invite you to a special virtual event to celebrate the publication of his new book In Concert: Performing Musical Persona.
Auslander, a Professor in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication, will discuss the visual means by which musicians engage their audiences through costume and physical gesture, as well as the spectacular aspects of performance such as light shows.
Librarian Charlie Bennett will lead an audience driven Q&A with the author.
