Organizations want students who can collaborate across boundaries, conceptualize new solutions, and motivate diverse teams. Level up your leadership skills through Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching) while you are at Georgia Tech. What are the benefits of having a trained leadership coach? A leadership coach can be an independent thinking partner who challenges students’ thinking, helps to increase confidence and energy to act in their current context, fosters personal resilience, and maximizes learning. Explore and improve your individual and team leadership skills through practice and critical reflection over the course of 5-6 (one-hour) virtual or in-person coaching sessions in the 2022 Spring Semester.
